Location: Mill River Park | 1050 Washington Blvd, Stamford, CT. Vendors may drive onto the property from 8am to 10am for set up. By 10:30am, all vehicles (except food trucks) are to be moved to local parking areas. Vendor locations will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Electrical Access is Limited. If required, please contact us (info@theculturedpearlfoundation.org) no later than Monday, June 2nd. Each vendor will be allocated an 8-foot space to set up. The Vendor Fee is $125 for Food Vendors & $100 for Business Vendors. FOOD VENDORS! All FOOD Vendors must have a valid food license in Stamford or Jurisdiction of Normal Operation. You must complete an additional application with the Department of Health (linked below) by May 30th, if you have any questions regarding your Temporary Food Service License, please reach out to Raquelle Early at REarly@stamfordct.gov. Non-Profit Organizations/Community Groups: FREE but there is a min. $100 contribution (also linked below) to be included on event signage. The fee includes festival website listing, an 8-foot table and a proportionate space for set up. Link to payment is listed below the submit button for this form. Upon receipt of form AND payment, vendors will receive a confirmation of registration email. Onsite restrooms available. There is NO storage facility. This event will be outdoors with a rain date of June 21st, 2025.
